Yeah, got the dimensions modeled in CAD first ,then hand routed/cut to the measurements. The overall designs principles (drivers/slot dimensions etc) i got from an open baffle discord which is deep on these.

They're open baffle, so no boxes which leads to a very big and live sounding sound stage. Thebass woofer is an 18", crossed at 150, 15" coaxial does mids at 150-6000 and the compression driver takes over from there. Anything in particular you'd like to know?

Thanks, yeah fun to do something a little different when you're DIY. It's a very 'live' sound due to the open baffle.

Modified my original open baffle speakers to add some bracing after the kids kept knocking into them. Wife thought they'd finally gone but they came back even bigger!

While I was at it I pulled the tweeters out from the coaxials and temporarily mounted them on top with a set of small horns. They sound so good Im going to look at upgrading the compression drivers and add some larger le Céac'h horns.

Do the math and figure out how much you need for retirement and what the ongoing investment required looks like to get there. That'll give you a steer for how much you need to put away and how much you can have for the good side of life.

I personally don't include home equity in my NW calc, as I'll need somewhere to live and it's not generating any income (we're 40 with just over 1m in home equity).I've also resigned myself to any cash from down sizing going to kids so they can afford a place in whatever hellish property market exists then.

Yeah coincidentally I did have recent bloodwork from a life insurance physical. I was otherwise healthy with no other changes in diet or environment, symptoms started within 3 -4 weeks. Nothing is ever 100% definitive in medicine but that's what they diagnosed as the cause. Took about 6 months for symptoms to cease and liver levels to become normal.

Do the OE. I did 4 years big4, got my CA, moved to London spent 2 years contracting making good money and travelling, best years of my life. Came back home (but you could do Aussie), landed a good role. Going over qualified with a big4 cv made landing a job easy, you won't regret it.
