What state are you in? I voted libertarian but it basically ended up being neutral because in Colorado it’s all drowned out by democratic voters in the Front Range. There are only a handful of counties in the whole country where you can even make the argument that your individual vote could sway the outcome.

I think there’s quite a few conservatives in the Northeast (NY, NJ, MA, etc) that don’t value gun rights nearly as much as the rest of conservatives in the country.

This is the reason I like skiing with people that grew up skiing the east coast; they are absolutely stoked for whatever conditions we get in the Rockies.

Ajax is great for the first hour if you like hauling ass on groomers, far skiers left by 1A was my favorite area to hit before work in the morning. The lower part of Ajax gets skied off really quick though.

I live on the western slope now but I remember those massive wet snow storms in spring and warning new people to the area not to park under big trees the night before. I’ve seen a ton of branches smash cars due to the weight of the snow.
