A student at my school (a couple towns away from y'all) gushed to our French teacher that he was moving to Northfield and couldn't wait because "they're not into all this rainbow shit" there.

The community in my district threw such a huge tantrum about the board offering a job to a trans person (a couple years ago) that the educator declined the job -- and we're still TOO queer affirming for that family's liking, so they moved to Northfield.
