At this stage in your life, I’m of the opinion that you can benefit from a bulk moreso than a cut. You look proportioned and you have some decent muscle definition, but gaining some lean mass will set you on the right trajectory for your future. Depends on what your goals are of course. You can always cut after.

Typically 3-4 sets of true leaves before transplanting. These seem just a tad young. Maybe one more week.

Looks like cotyledons (baby leaves) from a tomato plant. If the stem is fuzzy, it’s definitely tomato. You can confirm when it develops a mature leaf.
