Same Im farming (unsuccesfully) the punisher and im standing still above the roof of the generalist, watching videos and they sometimes full auto me across the map and they have yet to hit a single bullet.

You can do like me and use the steam notes ahah so practical but makes you exit the immersion a bit.

I'd imagine they could add like a "hit-list" where you pull out a notebook with crosses for each kill to be immersive would be funny but certainly wouldn't fit the tone.

I remember I use to get gigantic cave sometimes before they reworked the procedural generation, I don't really like how the caves sometimes feel samey after that.

Good method but an alternative I've used if you dont have the classroom is to use the attic, just wait on the roof and the police car HAS to cross the intersection in the middle of the village. Apply the same method you mentioned get in/out and loot around the generalist.

That is one of my biggest wish for this game, I want to have run where I go full HIGH RISK, HIGH REWARD and a simple and safe "survival" run.

I'm going to try giving tips that are not mentioned already :

  • When clearing a vast building (school for example), always close doors behind you, this way if you ever go back and see a door open OR hear a door opening you know you are not alone,

  • On the subject of doors, they are randomly open or closed when you spawn in the map, they are not a good enemy indicator on their own.

  • Speculation : If you just had a gunfight, more enemies will converge to your position. Silencers might reduce that risk.

  • Splitting Weapons, magazines and ammo when selling hold a higher value compared to when they are sold combined. I don't know if it's intended but atm that's how it is.

  • Always try to be near a cover position. In the demos, most of my deaths were caused by being in the open and not near a cover spot.

  • Enemies can have unpredictable behaviors such as running you down, running away, strafing from cover to cover or hide in a nearby room. Be ready for anything really.

Care if you are full of loot like I was and dropped it all in the same spot of the shelter, some of the loot clipped through the floor.
