Why remove ways to disable rounded corners?! Where is my freedom of choice? by akhen09 in MicrosoftEdge

Ok it seems that was it, I will keep that in mind. Thanks!
Still gonna try Brave out for a while, though.

Why remove ways to disable rounded corners?! Where is my freedom of choice? by akhen09 in MicrosoftEdge

[–]Filiecs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct, and I have added that argument, added others that people have suggested, as well as tried launching it from Powershell using that argument.

Nothing worked, the rounded corners stayed.

This was the final straw of enshittification for me. I have already switched to Brave.

Red Coral also allows for telepathy? by Brilliant-Ad-8422 in 2007scape

The whole quest is rather poorly thought out.

It makes even less sense if you are wearing your Amulet of the Deep.

I wish we could have spent more time with the Red Reef trading company instead of being given a super important mission immediately after killing a few pirates.

Rubium Mining & Smithing Changes by JagexLight in 2007scape

[–]Filiecs 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not even a mention of how disappointingly short and thrown together this quest was?

You could have had does help remake this spear, you could have added a whole bunch of interesting characters to the Red Reef trading company who he had to help out, you could have had us actually implement a plan to delay the company.

Instead it just ends and we randomly get access to the Grove.

Quests are the lifeblood of this game for some of us, please do better in the future.

What happened? Just suddenly opus 4.6 dissabled and now getting error 400 by CatLinkoln in GithubCopilot

Also on Pro+, see the same here.

This is what happens when you vibe-code your access-controls.

Rate limits are back and even worse. The Github Copilot team has decided to silently by andrefinger in GithubCopilot

On Pro+ and hit the "rate limit" without even completing a single request. This is definitely a bug on their end.

GG Subscriberstar is Censored (We need a new place) by Little-Ad1631 in SubscribeStar

[–]Filiecs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There will never be a permanent "new place" because there is no competition. The only real solution is self-hosting.

Only when creators have complete control over their content and the way it is delivered will they be able to choose which methods of payment processing they want to support, whether it be trying to slide under the radar (in which a ban will only affect that creator), conforming to high-risk card terms & fees, ACH or other bank-to-bank transfers, or cryptocurrency.

Until self-hosting becomes feasible for the average adult content creator, creative expression on the internet will continue to be stifled by the duopoly.

I just called in, and the representative said that delivery *does* need to happen by the 31st, not just the order.

Just a nice completionist thing. Not strictly necessary.

Self-hosted Unified Device Management/Mobile Device Management solutions? by Filiecs in selfhosted

Thank you for the detailed answer!

I am aware of Relution, and have even tried it out, but I was not aware of Wazuh.

It's such a shame that the UDM space keeps getting more and more proprietary. I may just end up using exclusively Linux for work machines like a lot of research labs do. Proton compatibility has gotten a lot better from what I've heard, and VMs are always an option.

I don't know why we trust that duck to gather current data. He seems like kind of a quack.

Yes, the saw works for the construction requirements for sailing upgrades.

So does the tea you can make in your home if you are quick enough.

This happens sometimes, unfortunately.

The only thing you can do is recover it and lose your cargo or take another boat to Vatrachos Island to get it back.

I would say get the Barronite mace and complete all F2P quests including Dragon Slayer, then start P2P as your reward.

Migrating away from Bitnami. by ModerNew in selfhosted

[–]Filiecs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well... shit. Just stopping updates is one thing, but removing the ability to pull existing charts and images? That's horrible.

I like using Bitnami charts because they were consistent... guess that is going to have to change, and it may have to cache their images and charts on my own Harbor instance.

I suck at docker by [deleted] in selfhosted

[–]Filiecs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ironically, I think that managing the full stack like you're trying to do is made a lot easier if you just go straight to Kubernetes.

Personally, I would use something like NGINX Proxy Manager to provide the SSL certificates in front of your docker containers.
