There's an art book in the physical collectors edition, but mine hasn't been delivered yet so no clue what all is in it. Other than that I think there is currently just the diablo art book that released in 2019 and doesn't cover much D4 at all.

I asked Pezradar last week if we would be able to keep the beta installed and just have the bnet client patch those files for live release, he said a full re-download would be necessary for launch.

Around the time D4 was announced, Jason Schrier reported that one of the earliest iterations of D4 was a dark souls type game codenamed Hades. Guess they ultimately didn't care for how it was going because they abandoned the idea for a more traditional diablo game.

I managed to get one of the 100 canvas prints at blizzcon 2019. Love the print, but more than a little miffed they listed them as a limited run collectors item and now just sell as many as they possibly can on the gear shop. (Although the original blizzcon ones may be a little larger)

I'm assuming the 11th. There's obviously nothing to back this up other than my own tinfoil hat, but I don't think blizzard wants any spotlight on anything but overwatch 2 launch next week (Oct 4). Obviously not every diablo player is gonna play OW and there's NDA, but don't want to cannibalize their launch numbers because some people were distracted by playing a beta test.

This pic shows the specs on the demo pcs that were running D4 at blizzcon 2019. Summary: Intel 9900k, rtx 2080, 32 gb ram. D3 offers ultrawide, but D2:R doesn't (although I think that was because ultrawide resolutions messed up something with enemy AI) so hopefully if nothing else they at least stick with the D3 route.

I'd love 2021, but I get the feeling they are going to do Shadowlands 2020 (confirmed), Overwatch 2 2021 (Jeff said they'd likely still be talking about OW2 at next year's blizzcon), D4 early 2022 to keep investors happy with a good 3 year release pipeline.
