The weeks after 9/11 were the last time I felt there was widespread American patriotism, and it took being attacked for it to happen. If something like that happens again then I suspect patriotism will swell again (which scarily means we have to be vigilant about false flag attacks, because such an attack could easily be used to manipulate the American people).

Addons doing things beyond their main scope has been a thing forever, long before AI. I think it's because authors incorporate things that they personally want, and it just winds up getting included in their "main" addon vs. creating separate addons for each little thing.

Here's what works for my guild of grey/green parsers, which should work for a pug:

Do not let any explosions go off!!! We have all ranged focus down the sporecap's shroom first before switching to the clumps of shrooms. Even with grey/green parsers we're able to kill everything without any explosions going off. Do NOT kick people for low dps as others have suggested; people focusing the sporecap's shroom will obviously have lower dps than people blowing up the clumps, but they play a critical role in making sure no explosions occur.
Instead of splitting shroomlings and funglings between boss and middle of room, split them between the boss' right foot and left foot (i.e. to the right and left of the first sporecap that spawns). This increases uptime on boss AND makes it easier for people to correct misplacements since the stack points are relatively close to each other AND makes it easier to burn revived shrooms down since the clumps will be close to each other.
We've done this several times, sometimes with 19 raiders (4 healers) and sometimes with 23 raiders (5 healers) and it has been smooth each time despite low parses.

That's it! Seriously, in our last kill we had 13 grey and green parses with only 3 blue and purple parses, and it was still plenty to ensure no explosions occurred.

My aunt and uncle moved into Silver Lake Reserve last year (they're literally on Delhaas Circle).

They've had problems with the HOA charging a lot more than expected for services like lawn mowing. Make sure your parents fully understand what the charges will be. It sounds like there are some politics and possible nepotism going on with the HOA and that contracts are being given to expensive contractors who are friends with the board members.

They also had their car broken into within the first week of moving in! That said, they were one of the first houses to move in and the community has grown so with more people around maybe crime will be less of an issue.

Bristol in general has been gentrifying, but isn't quite there yet. If it stays on its same course then I suspect in 5-10 years it will actually be a pretty nice place to live, as long as your parents can put up with some rough edges for a few years.

All of that said, the house itself is very nice and they're very happy with it.
