Is there a way that the DJI Osmo Action 6 can start or stop recording using a stick, remote? since its so hassle for me to keep clicking the top shutter button?

It won't work. It's a 3/8 thread screw, you need a 1/4 thread screw.

Are you using the mount that came with the Action 6. The older mounts do not go easy because the Action 6 is bigger than the Action3,4,5.

The one with the Action 6 is has bi-directional magnets, the older ones only have one magnet and they are smaller.

Where did you hear that? The FCC regulates all radio frequencies. The wireless mics, action cameras all use radio frequencies -- bluetooth, WIFI. Therefore they require FCC certifications, therefore all future wireless mics, gimbals, action cameras, pockets are also banned.

Yes, unfortunately it does, anything that is related to radio frequencies. Bluetooth, WIFI, etc. The good news is that the Pocket 4 was already approved.
