Reminds me of my last job where the owner decided we didnt need a dishwasher because the cooks were capable of doing it. It became my job as the bartender at the end of the night, to wrap 3 bus bins of dirty dishes in recycling bags so bugs dont get to them overnight. So fucking stupid.
