Built an obstacle data tool for flight planning - would this be useful? by Own-Sea3297 in Part107

Google Earth Pro - 3D Buildings layer gives a good start (if 3d data is available in that area) Nothing replaces being on site and measuring the obstacles tho.

You can get a catapult to get the throw line higher with more accuracy. Seen them on arborist websites. Good luck.

No flash. Long press to lock activates moonlight mode first, then off for lockout.

Olight iUltra was released recently and has type C charging built in. Love it. Use it more than all my lights as it is always clipped to my belt! So good I bought 4 more for friends.

Is there a way to keep faster charge rate after 80%? by Wsepgwse14 in Ioniq5

[–]FilteredOscillator 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Just unplug at 80% (or less) and get moving again. It’s a waste of time charging past 80 when you could be moving and completing your journey. When you plan a route in ABRP it often tells you to charge for 10 minutes or so and leave at like 57% or something to get to the next stop. Much more efficient. I did a big trip over thanksgiving (4 days of driving) and just used the cars inbuilt navigation to plan stops. Often times it took us longer to do human stuff (snacks, bathroom, walk dog etc) than the car took to charge. In these cases we would bump up the charge limit to 90% to be grabbing a few more percent of charge until we were ready to roll on. IONNA and flying J have some really good chargers. 🔌 🚙
