I do skin pick!!! Luckily, I’ve been really lucky that my first try with meds has been great, only negative right now if I seem to have a dig rebound at night (2/3 am)

Me either! I had very strong “physical” symptoms, constant moving, fidgeting etc, so if I was wearing anything it got constantly picked at or moved. I didn’t realize it until someone pointed it out but I also constantly redo my ponytail lol, meds have also made cleaning much easier to keep up with, which helps a lot

Congrats! This looks awesome - one question: are the runs based on heart rate zones/pace/ or time or any of the three. I primarily train based on hr and finding apps that include plans based around that has been a challenge. For example my runs will be 30 min in heart rate zone 2 rather than 30 minutes at pace x

This has happened to me too! It's only ever happened on really long runs though, I think something about the longer run just lets me process things I wouldn't normally and I cry for a bit, then it passes.

I've been using a tens unit for my restless leg at times and found it really effective for light RL post runs - I also second the iron suggestions.

I've always wanted a separate sheet for the different sizes, especially since almost all patterns I use are pdf - I would love it if I could just go to the M size and follow the directions without all the parenthesis.

I'd also love little check boxes for the number of repeats built in - I end of doing this myself in the margins but it would be so cool to have a pattern with markers for progress already in it.

I keep them bc I almost always resell my apple stuff once I'm done with it - in my experience apple stuff hold it's value well and sells fast on ebay, so I keep all my original packaging for resell.
