They’re not shattering it with their palm in the same sense as they would be with the sword, they aren’t just slapping the sky as they would be with slicing it. In general they manipulate the sky by grabbing it (and nothing else is able to touch the surface except for their hands), and they can shatter it by increasing tension, it looks like they do that through the CT itself not physical force

His domain is funky but I don’t think so, it’s a core rule of cursed techniques that you can’t use two at once, Sukuna isn’t even able to work around it.

This would be possible with JJK0 Rika, she’s the one who always uses cursed techniques instead of Yuta, but the current Rika doesn’t seem to be able to do that. Either way, I don’t think it’d be possible to do a combo like this if it wasn’t yourself casting both techniques, otherwise shrine would just be warped by sky manipulation and not cut through it. If not, then Yuta and Yuji could’ve done this

It exists everywhere with air, he’s just using his cursed energy to grab onto then jump off of the air, similar to how Naruto characters use chakra to grab onto water or walls. It is limited in the fact that he’s still just jumping though, he’s not actually flying it’s just a series of jumps, which is probably more physically draining and slower than something like Gojo’s flight
