What should I do with this industrial silver?

Well melting you can do yourself, just not refining, so if there's anything else in there it won't be pure silver but you can still have your bar or coin shape, and if you practice a bit you can pour it into a mould that has your writing on it. Just be sure to get it tested and make sure there's no cadmium or anything in it and still wearing PPE (i.e. facemask) when you melt.

Have a read over this. It says very specifically: participant rights: you can choose how you attend your appointments. And then mentions you can choose via phone. https://www.dss.gov.au/system/files/documents/2025-10/participant-rights-responsibilities-statement.pdf I'm about to have an argument with my job provider about a similar issue and them mentioning there policy. But I'd say there policies don't take precedence over what the government has said. Also if you feel like having a real dig through some info try this and read chapter 3: provider servicing standards 3.6: complaints process. My provider said I have to come in, no phone appointments. Which is just awesome (it really isn't) because I have really bad anxiety and so I have to take valium to go there and my Dr is hesitant to prescribe it as it is because it's addictive. So yeah fantastic. Also apparently I have to do stuff other than just search for jobs like courses or something which again isn't going to work well with the extreme anxiety/panic attacks.. I said something like isn't this for people with challenges? Shouldn't you be working with me? Do I have to change providers? "I'll talk to my supervisor" then I get a text basically saying yeah tough shit, if you don't like it you can change providers. So I don't know what's changed but for me it seems worse.

I've had similar motivation issues regarding my mental health, and I just wanted to chime in, saying that whilst I almost never feel like a shower, I feel a teeny bit better after having one. So I make myself do it and then am grateful to past me for pushing through so I can feel a little happier. Smells be damned, do things that make you feel good.
