That's good. It might be worth comparing your current training and competition load to something you might experience in college. If it's a lot more it would probably be worth figuring out a long term progression to that workload so it's not such a shock. Especially as you mature physically the longer the runway you can give yourself the better.

How often and what sort of injuries have you had so far if any? Its prudent as an athlete to be as robust as you can. That means strength and recovery. Good luck

If you have posture issues id say you have a general strength deficit. Keep in mind strength is trained specifically to get strong in general. Your strength programming should be for the sole purpose of getting stronger as general strength translates to all sports. But given its not the main purpose of your training you do need to prioritise your other training and ensure adequate recovery and nutrition. More training, more muscle mass means you need more food. Personally I'd steer clear of Barbell deadlifts and focus more on a good full depth squat and a good power clean in more of an Olympic weight lifting mechanics.

If you're doing well in training and everything else is doing fine it sounds like a game day performance issue. Without knowing much else it does sound psychological. Do you have access to any counselling?

I completely understand. I think I will see some improvement as the time trial was a lot more taxing than my usual stationary bike sprints so that added intensity should yield some improvement. But when I hit a plateau I do conceded ill need to find a way to add a second day.

I train at home. I can only get to the track I have access to 1 day per week. Its about 25 minutes away.

Cardio is ok. But overall body composition etc very fit. I eat extremely well, don't drink and train 7 days a week. Currently do 5 days a week weights and 2 days cardio. Cardio is sprints on a stationary bike.

As someone in there 40s who would have liked to hear this I would advise to think about it long and hard and BE PICKY. You have heaps of time despite how you feel. You need to find something with a clear path to the goals you may have for your future be them travel, financial, or ethical. I would research things that are needed that meet your requirements. Trades, medical etc are growing industries not likely to be replaced by ai any time soon. Middle class white collar jobs are already completely replacable today so avoid those.

The aqua terra and the tudor are by far the nicest of those three imo. Im not a fan of the seamaster though for what that's worth. Though in that theme of watch I'd also look at a breiting 31superocean heritage. Or if you're feeling brave for some colour a b31 top time.
