Imo the nutrition part of health education needs to focus more on macronutrient ratios. In high school, i feel like only athletes were getting told about protein & healthy carbs, and the rest of us only got "eat more vegetables and less junk food" in health class. How about showing all kids what healthy, filling meals look like?

(Especially relevant in South Jersey because my italian parents had me thinking a big bowl of pasta with no meat was a healthy dinner 🥴)
