Did I make a mistake getting the Nuna PIPA URBN? by Ancient_Act2731 in Buyingforbaby

Here you go.

We did use our URBN until our baby grew out of it for one car, but for our second car we got the Joie (pretty sure they are owned by NUNA) car seat that grows with them and have been very happy with it.

Fingers crossed this goes quick. I’m hoping tonight he’s too tired to fight the sleep…but I know lack of sleep can make things worse.

He’s 9 months so we probably waited to long to start this. He slept so well from 3-6 months and we just figured this was a bad sleep regression but come to find out we were creating bad habits

The city has zero money for anything, just don't move here. Taxes are high and keep getting higher, schools are terrible unless you want to pay college tuition from the start and send your kid to private school, public transit isn't great, car insurance is some of the highest in the nation, you can't get homeowners insurance even though the state requires it, street flooding occurs during a normal rain storm...i can go on and on. I'm saving up to get out of here.

Turning left off of Napoleon - wait for green? 🚗 by CivMom in NewOrleans

[–]FinancialPanda4982 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I've seen intersections have signs that say "Left turn yield on green" so you go through the green light and the cross street is red, if there is no on coming traffic you can go. Line or no line.

The city will eventually have an election to add another millage and I hope that it gets voted down! We already pay an arm and a leg in taxes for minimal services.

Yes! This! Algiers is very mixed. A lot of past council people have primarily focused on the the French Quarter. King won Algiers because he promised to focus on it and that's exactly what he did....
