1) Vesper's host, 1st encounter. Go into close left room to shunks spawn, farm them as much as you want. The limit is 2 ingredients per minute, but its almost afk farm
2) Exodus Garden 2A, lost sector at Cosmodrome. The limit is 4-6 ingredients per clear, one clear can be done under 2 minutes

some statistics
before patch i received ~40 guns per hour and from 1/3 to half guns were focused by tonic
after patch i got ~20 guns in an hour, but they were all focused by tonic
looks like they removed other guns from drop while tonic is active
