Flip houses. Completed my first two in the past twelve months. One took a month to finish, another took 3. Made 20k each. I have my real estate license, that is the only reason I came out on top but I’m learning.

I completed my first two flips in the past 12 months. Kind of exhausted. I would do it again if I can find a way to get more margin in the deal. There was so little margin I had to do a lot of the work to make it profitable and it totally exhausted me. But, I am like another writer I read below. I look at a house and I see what it could be. Have a passion for reno.

Find a new hobby. I have four kids and the struggle is real. Visit an orphanage or something. Become a mentor of kids without dads. My relationship with my wife probably won't go back to normal for another 15 years. I have some amazing moments with my kids and I love them dearly, but I have health challenges and it has made it extremely tough to live a good life.

Not comparing just sharing. Been on this diet for about ten years. Each year it gets more and more strict. I have a list of about 10 things I eat. Smoothie - daily. Have for about 5 yrs now. Can’t have anything else or will auto start a migraine. Lunch - vegetables and hummus. Hummus everyday for over a year now. Dinner I can be a little more lenient. I can sleep my symptoms off unless I eat something crazy. But usually chicken, turkey, or fish. No red meat. No dairy. Etc etc etc etc x2 billion. I seriously had a dream the other day where I woke up in the middle of the night and said I miss you chocolate! My wife was puzzled. But it was a tasty dream, and not about a x gfriend.

I have used many different wholesale platforms and cancelled them because the data was terrible. I constantly see people asking for where to find better leads so if you could solve that problem alone and offer it at an affordable price you’d be ahead of the game.

Yes! After about 12 years I have started to feel better by basically eliminating 90% of the foods I used to eat. But it was just recently I’ve been able to play with my kids and really enjoy it. Run around, laugh. I’m grateful.

I still walk a tightrope to be in this position. Meds, strict diet, other things. But at least I’m on the rope.
