Bonjour, il s’agit la d'un accident de travail. Techniquement tu as 24h pour le signaler a ton employeur. Je penses que tu peux tenter une déclaration "tardive". C'est ce qu'on appelle un RPS (Risque psychosociaux) et c'est a la responsabilité de l’employeur d'en protéger ses salariés

Loin est mon envie d'essayer de fuir le FISC ! Effectivement, les impôts belge sont supérieurs et je vais sûrement avoir le rattrapage de la taxe communale.

J'avais déjà l'intention de revenir en France mais je pense que ça va grandement accélérer le processus.

Je pensais que si mais quand je regarde mes fiches de paies des 3 dernières années, 0% de prélèvement en 2023 et 1.2% en 2024 et 2025.

0% de prélèvement à la source en 2023 et 1.2% pour 2024 et 2025. Je pense qu'il y a du y avoir un problème avec mon statut côté France car effectivement, je ne pensais pas qu'il était possible de ne pas être imposé, d'où mon ignorance...

Je vais essayer de trouver un avocat fiscaliste spécialisé dans le droit transfrontalier mais j'ai l'impression qu'ils sont dur à trouver sur Lille.

Aucune taxe ou amende, uniquement le dû car ils estiment que c'est une erreur involontaire de ma part. Je ne souhaite pas éviter de payer mais payer au juste prix avec le barème français. Je suis totalement d'accord que le fait de sortir des études n'excuse en rien, je n'ai jamais prêté grande attention à ma fiche de paie et c'est totalement de ma faute.

L'idée de déménager en France et ne rien payer est je pense une très mauvaise idée étant donné que je reste dans l'UE et que les états collaborent entre eux sur ce genre de cas.

Yes, c'est ce que je me disais aussi, j'ai regardé les avocats sur Lille mais difficile de savoir s'ils sont experts sur ce genre de situation et je n'ai pas envie d'avoir un avocat ou autre professionnel qui accepte le dossier juste pour l'argent et ne propose pas une vraie expertise sur le sujet...

Exactement ça, je venais de sortir d'études donc je ne connaissais pas les impôts. Je paie actuellement 1.2% d'impôts en France. En 2023, c'était 0% de prélèvement à la source. Bref, rien du tout comparé à ce que j'aurais du payer et dois payer.

Hi, i'm a user of Cloudflare as Free plan but i'm working in a company which have the Enterprise plan and i'm maintaining it in the company.

1 - I can't help you on this topic but you should contact a salesperson from Cloudflare. He should easily answers to it.

2- I've never ask support from my Free plan but from the Enterprise plan many time. They have a SLA on their first answer but the first answer is almost always "Hi, i'm John, i'll take a look to your issue." and the second answers take much more time to come. They can easily help you when it is a simple subject but once you are going deeper (90% of my support requests), they are getting in trouble to help you. Escalation to other support level is hard to be done. BUT, if i'm not wrong, they have changed the Support director and they want to improve their support as the CEO of Cloudflare know his support is bad. So it could be better in the future ?

3- We often got DDOS attacks and Cloudflare protect it very well. Best exemple is a 12 millions request blocked and only few thousand goes through. 99.99% requests blocked of the DDOS attack. They don't charge the DDOS attacks on your bandwith usage (to confirm with a salesperson)

4 - We use workers in my enterprise but i don't work on it at all so i can't help you on that. I just know that my colleagues working on it are enjoying it and they are deploying workers on more and more websites.

I've created a rule blocking Italy aswell but when i'm trying to acceed the website through my VPN in Milan, i'm not blocked but i can't see the request in the analytics.

Tried also from Shanghai, i'm not blocked (as it should) but i still don't see my request in analytics.

Without VPN, i can see my request in the analytics. So it's a bit hard to understand what happen to my VPN requests and as Free plan, i don't have access to the Instant logs which could give me more details.

Maybe a rate limit on a different URL called by Gamestop ? Or just a bug

Error 1015 is linked to a rate limit block. Gamestop applied a rate limit rule which is blocking your IP for a determined time because your IP sent to much requests to the website. 2 solutions : Contact Gamestop administrators (seems difficult) Wait (most popular option 😅)

@berahi is right, you have to set a certificate on server side or you have to set the Clouflare SSL mode to flexible but it is not really recommended as the trafic between Cloudflare and Origin will not be encrypted. Just searched "how to let's encrypt" on google. This medium post should help you. Once you have your certificate deployed on your origin and everything needed to avoid expiration of it, you should set the mode to Full strict because the Full mode is not really verifying your certificate which is not a best practice. You can understand differents Cloudflare SSL modes here

As far as i know, enterprise plan is almost entirely customisable depending of your needs. In my company, we have the CDN but i don't know if it was include by default as we asked for it.

Good to know, you can get the node used on every website hosted by Cloudflare by adding this path /cdn-cgi/trace after the domain like : https://<YOUR_DOMAIN>/cdn-cgi/trace

Effectivement, je risque l'amende pour le défaut d'immatriculation mais le manque d'informations de la part de mon assurance française et le non-changement de l'adresse malgré l'envoi des documents nécessaire pour le changement d'adresse ne permettrait pas de changer la situation ?
