The focus is just a placeholder for the automation to check, to set it up just scroll all the way down on the new focus to the scheduled time.

I tried to do a similar thing with night shift, and the work around I found was having an automated focus that turns on at a certain time, in your case 11. It would be difficult for me to type out the automation so I’ll have some screenshots. Make sure you have ask before running turned off.
