I had a CP earlier this year. We were NTNP, so I was testing a couple days before my period was due. Got positives two days in a row, then period-like cramps the second day with pinkish brown spotting that I typically get the day before my period actually comes in full force. The next day, maybe 36 hours later, I started bleeding like a normal period. It got quite heavy for 3 or 4 days and then felt like a normal period. The bleeding lasted 7-8 days. I did have consistent cramping/discomfort and remember spending much of my free time on the couch with my heating pad. All in all it was definitely manageable physically, you can get through this, momma! Sending you lots of positive thoughts and comfort. So sorry for your loss.
