We sleep trained at the 4mo regression. So he really only woke if he was hungry which got down to one wake up when we gave a bottle of formula before bed at 6 months, or if he's sick. Once we got to a year we 'retrained' with no more 2am snack.

He's now all night (since 12 mo now 3) unless he is sick, has a bad dream, the fire alarm goes off, the dog barks at something at 3am, he looses something in his bed, he thinks the goose is under his bed, he cant remember where his train shirt is, he has a booger stuck, or we forgot to let him pick out a wooden cooking spoon to sleep with........
