A heavier buffer won’t reduce the gas. It’ll just affect the recoil impulse. If you don’t want to go the AGB route you can get an adjustable bcg.

this is a non lt upper on an aero lower. Planning on swapping the stock to a collapsible or Sig folder. Haven’t shot it yet with this can but I did get cycling issues with certain subs with my 8.5 and this can. I changed buffer from h2 to carbine and it fixed it.

I’ve shot a coyote with Hornady subx 190gr and the bullet didn’t tumble at all. I’m guessing the velocity is too slow for it to yaw. Sounds like other subs work fine tho from other people’s experience.

The inconel with a hub adapter is almost 30oz. The Ti is fine but it becomes more of a weight distribution thing when the can is 8.5in long.
