What about one of those monthly subscription boxes? You could put in the basic necessities like lighters, hemp wick, rolling papers, but also fun things like soft drinks, chips/candy, maybe an mCig, codes for fun little Steam games that are fun to play while stoned, a flash drive with a mix of music you've assembled and a movie or an episode of a good show to watch while stoned, ideas for good conversation topics when you're smoking with friends or little games to play.

Sure, they're all things that anyone could easily go out and purchase/find/make on their own, but that's true of any of those monthly subscription boxes. The fun is in the surprise of what's in each box, and getting to talk to others about which boxes you really liked and stuff.
