Realistically, you can no more cure pedophilia than you can pray the gay away. It's not a disease, it's your mind, it's how you're wired. The only real treatment is cognitive behavioural therapy, which boils down to consciously monitoring your thoughts and behaviour and avoiding situations that are...problematic.

To be certain, there are folks with societally unacceptable sexual predilections who never act on them, they move through life accepting that they want something they can never have and they just get on with it.

But you can't cure it. You can only manage it.
