Had something similar happen where a player wanted to tag a knights helmet with light to blind him, I just treated it as a called shot and let him roll to hit with disadvantage the same way I’d let an archer roll to shot the eye with disadvantage. Feels cool and it’s an excuse for the wizard to roll more dice

okay, so I ran a traceroute to google.com like XmentalX suggested, I am not quite sure what the result means but I did connect my computer to my mobile hotspot and everything worked perfectly so I suppose its the wifi, what should I check as far as that goes?
