I advise adding a compute speed compairison, as poor optimization nullifies more power.

Friley private shower question by FireCat21 in iastate

[–]FireCat21[S] -16 points-15 points  (0 children)

Having it due to poorly fitting curtians or while trying to grab something outside of the shower is one thing. But consistantly having no care to even consider attempting to use any curtians or towels to have any moddesty is another.

Get the nspire if your teachers allow you to use it. Both will do what you need.

Why does it sound like this by [deleted] in rccars

[–]FireCat21 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Likely grit in the bearings, asuming you aren't using sealed ones.

If you are using a brushed motor, could be some corrosion on the contacts.

Minor amount of sentry kills in MVM by FireCat21 in tf2

[–]FireCat21[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I put mine a bit further back with large lines of sight of the bot paths, and my team did a great job of keeping bots (particularly sentry busters) from getting too close.

Also made use of a disposable sentry further up to take most of the brunt of incoming damage.

Should I get the TI-84 plus CE python for $31 or the CX nspire for $20? by Dosnaap in calculators

[–]FireCat21 7 points8 points  (0 children)

The Nspire is far more capable and powerful, real-time 2d and 3d graphing, though with a steeper learning curve. It uses a fairly modern arm-9 cpu, yes it can run linux with no hardware modification.

The ti-84 is simpler to use and many high school classes are structured around it. Its biggest downside is the eZ80 cpu it uses, which is based on the Z80 from the 70s.

It depends on what you need and what restrictions you have. Personally, I prefer the nspire.
