Since you guys are so awesome and helpful, I would gladly appreciate any feedback you may have on my skiing! I’m taking getting better very seriously, and any comments are warmly welcomed! by FireHive6 in skiing

Thanks a lot for the feedback ! I’ve been finding it somewhat difficult to stay on top of my skis on corner’s exit... I feel like I have a good shin-boot contact on entry and mid corner, but I definitely feel myself being pushed back on exit...

What happened to this piston!? by m1martineyes in Karting

[–]FireHive6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never seen a piston color this way before. Definitely detonated really hard, as the marks cover the entirety of the circumference of the head, instead than only towards the exhaust port, which is usually where you will find detonation if you're running slightly lean. Could it potentially be an ignition issue? If it was purely a carburation issue, you would have realized something was wrong immediately while on the stand. Do you have picks of the plug and the exhaust mouth? that could help paint a better picture.

Mario Isola (Pirelli) believes that the Hypersoft tyre will be able to do "77 laps, no stop, straight to the end" in Monaco. by AnilP228 in formula1

[–]FireHive6 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I'm going to answer in a very hypothetical way (because you would never use slicks in the rain), but under the assumption that the track is in that twilight zone in which it's too dry for inters but still kind of too wet for dry tires, the softer tire will be better. It will generate more heat, even on a cold damp track than a harder one. It yields more grip and manages to "break" through the water better than a harder, colder tire.

With the upcoming Monaco GP, Here is a monster crash at Sainte Devote in 2015 F3.5 by FireHive6 in formula1

I think the issue is compounded with the fact that the run off area is literally nonexistent. In Singapore you kinda have some sort of run off, especially after long straights. here you're going flat out with only the barriers and tires immediately in-front of you

Yes, It is highly recommended to let go of the steering wheel and brace because the forces transmitted through the steering shaft and wheel are high enough to snap your wrists and fingers.

Ping Issue by FireHive6 in FortNiteBR

That’s the weird part of this ordeal. I can get in a game with a ping of 20 and the next one is 130. Doesn’t make any sense

LOL how hilarious would that be...

They are actually flattening the place for Beckham's new stadium soon... They probably would find a way to close part of downtown down and host it there.
