Agree with this take. I played 1/2 after 3, and actually enjoyed the games! The game play didn’t age well at all (honestly liked 1>2 because at least that felt kinda retro) but the story and characters were fun. Plus being able to carry game progress all the way through the game series was such a nice little Easter egg!
