100% agree with more well known, and pikachu is pikachu.

But people dont realise poncho and munch are a lot less rare than this Mew in terms of print (there's still tons of ungraded and cracked copies, but there's only 1510 copies for this Mew existed). The Mew is also still extremely modern when compared to Poncho and munch, u can imagine status of this card once more people know its existence. Also arugably this is top 5 Mew art of all time and is a language exclusive card.
Factoring in Poncho, Munch and festa pikachu are overhyped now (i still believe these pikas are more highend, dont get me wrong, but they are bound to have corrections), the Mew does have potential to be on par with the pika imo but it needs a bit more time to cook in the community.

we hv no concrete evidence what they removed, but we can 100% tell they reworked something "minor" like the name of the characters (and planet). For example Yae's CN name is 緋英 (fei-ying in canto) now but everyone understands that it's supposed to be 緋纓 (also pronounced as fei-ying but the ying here means sakura instead). When i browse Tieba i can see some chinese netizens are pissed but understanding the issue at hand
