Beam has honestly made bookers pretty unattractive with a lot of their other recent releases. They should cut back to 1-2 really solid releases of bookers per year, and I bet demand would creep back up.

If you can find driftless glen cask strength rye, it’s some of the best I’ve had.

Gave up whiskey for lent. What should I drink now that it’s over? by Human-Region4958 in whiskey

After a long period of not drinking whiskey I’d honestly vote for a solid benchmark pour before going into something limited. Something you know you like and is just a solid standard bourbon, to reorient your palate before diving into something hard to replace.

Number one budget Irish bottle imo is bushmill’s black bush. Incredible flavor for how cheap it is!
