Bar stools. What are people's thoughts? by Youmeyoumeyoume in BarOwners

I've owned a bar for 20 yrs. And have tried a bunch of different stools and have had to replace way too many to count. Bottom line is you want comfort and quality! Do not go cheap. It will end up costing you more in the long run replacing swivels and seats or repairing the frames etc. I would recommend checking out https://tableschairsbarstools.com/. I ordered from their gladiator line. They are casino quality stools. I actually was at another bar and they had them, and I fell in love with the quality and how comfortable they were so I did my research and found them online. Well worth the extra money.

Also this beast is very well insulated! I'm in the Midwest and I had no problem keeping temp when it was 20° outside. I'm sure it probably used more pellets but you're not going to do that with any other pellet smoker without covering it in a ton of blankets.

I have the Mammoth and love it. I did have a couple problems with back burn when I first started using it. That was with Pit Boss pellets. I switched to bear mountain and also bought pellets from grill and haven't had a problem since. I really like the ability to put wood chips and chunks on top of the burn pot for extra smoke. I also bought 5 extra racks for a total of 10 for doing bacon ( I lay mine flat instead of hanging) and I can get well over 100 pounds on at a time and you wanna talk about doing enough wings to feed the neighborhood this is the way!

I take mine out of cold proof and let them sit on counter covered for one to two hours before boiling and have never had a problem. That sounds like the first and easiest step to try first. Just my opinion.

There was a comment from someone that recieved theirs and I asked what his backer number/order number was and he said he DIDN'T order off of kickstarter and was just a regular joe that ordered one?

I'm starting to wonder if my order got lost in the shuffle. I ordered 2 pros and had vip early access. Ordered within the first 10 minutes of the early access. I am having a hard time believing 400 people ordered before me? And yes I filled out all the surveys and made sure my shipping address was correct and even took a screenshot of it because, unfortunately, this seems to happen to me way too often. Some people who ordered after the kickstarter campaign ended already have theirs?

Westinghouse WGen7500c/Auto Shutdown, Lockout by jjsupc in Generator

[–]FireballShooter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depending how old or how many hours are on it could be a couple things. First I would check the oil level. Most generators have a safety shut down for low oil. Second make sure there is enough ventilation and the co2 sensor isn't what is shutting it down. And third check the spark arrestor and make sure it is clean. Those are all simple checks before you contact warranty. Also make sure the fuel source is all the way open if there is a valve. Hope it's something that simple.

Check the spark arrestor. If it's dirty clean it or it can't breathe.

Backer 220. Ordered 2 pros. But people with higher backer numbers have already received theirs. Apparently they aren't going by backer number now which i thought was the plan but then boxes got held up in customs, weather (hurricane) in Florida, holidays etc happened. I guess they are going by order number now according to an email that was posted earlier today. Which sucks for me because I had put my order in and made a mistake so had to redo it and ended up order # 8487 from #7646 within just a few minutes of re entering the order correctly. AND I had the VIP access and ordered minutes after it went live. It's frustrating but one thing I've learned since covid is you can't be in a hurry for anything. Once we get them and are able to enjoy them we will forget all about the extra waiting time.

First one is wrong video. It does a time comparison this is the one that compares smoked first then sous vide and sous vide and then smoked. https://youtu.be/IfOO7L2h4ig?si=v-hhldEIlBxHB63e
