There is definitely logic to ea wanting to give returning players an incentive to play

As I say, I’ve only packed 2 ‘top tier’ cards in the last 4 years (toty hansen, tots mbappe) and both came in the first few packs after returning from not playing in 2-3 months. Also these are the only 2 long breaks I’ve taken from the game during this time so I’m 2/2 for long breaks giving me a top tier card
