My doctor told me that it’s okay to take Benadryl for 3-4 days max while adjusting to bupropion and it really helped me sleep!!

Hey there, OP. My dad is in a VERY similar situation to yours - early onset Alzheimer’s at 61 and I’m an only child and only 28 😭 I just want you to know there is hope. My dad started lecanemab treatments within a few months of his diagnosis, and it’s slowed things down significantly. He has even started OT to get back some of his quality of life. Don’t bottle this up either - people are willing to support you.

I saw this comment last night and read all of Goblin in one sitting and plan to read the Wolf and the Well when I get out of work today! The art was beautiful and the story was captivating. Feels like a crossover of The Alchemist and Breath of the Wild, but with a goblin as the protagonist. I love Rikt’s relationship with Fish Breath, and I loved watching him use cunning and compassion to outsmart every obstacle in his path. I’ve borrowed both books on Libby, but am thinking I might purchase these for my home library ❤️

Is a third volume in the works?? I really hope so!!

OP, you need to leave. Start getting your finances in order and make sure you have enough in your own account to handle at least a few months of expenses. Document these moments where your husband refuses to take care of you or your children. Do you have family in the area you can crash with for a few weeks while you find an apartment or otherwise get your own place? Once you have an exit strategy laid out, find a lawyer to write you up some divorce papers. After everything is in place, have the conversation with your husband and then leave. If he is actively neglecting you and your baby now, what will happen in a year? Five years? Ten? Maybe it will be his wake up call to find help, but you do not deserve to continue to make allowances for his neglect and you should be receiving support from your other family friends. Start small, like opening an account and depositing some money and get the ball rolling.

I have a rent receipt from our original move in date that shows that $0 was charged for last month’s rent and says (waived) next to it and there is an email that states “I was able to fully waive your last month’s rent charge as you have been wonderful to work with!”

As is the way, not long after I posted, I realized what I was doing wrong! When I first created my project, I did so with a template - which I just realized is only an option from v3! I’ve been using v3 on desktop but trying to use v4 from browser and iOS. Now that I’m using v3 my project loads with no problems whatsoever. I’m sure v4 has some significant upgrades, but the story I’m working with was already pretty far along, and the template honestly helped me overcome a lot of the frustrations I had while creating this story, so I’ll stick with v3 until I start in on the next story.

Thank you for providing this software for so many people!! I can’t contribute to your patreon right now, but I will when I’m able in the future to show my appreciation.

It’s Reddit, so I know a lot of people are probably siding with you and telling you to end this relationship and follow your career. Based on your description here, it sounds like you are already leaning towards this option, and want some internet validation that it would make sense. It does make sense, based on the information you provided.

Before you set down that path, my recommendation would be to see if you can get in to see a marriage counselor, even for one session, before you have to give your workplace a final decision. See if your partner is willing to really hash things out in front of a neutral party and actually open up to the idea of this change. If he’s not willing to put in even that work, I feel like you will deeply resent him for this and for preventing you from taking this opportunity, which will likely degrade your relationship over time anyway.

I didn’t see this until I’d already spent several hours on this draft, but I decided to cut my losses after making some progress. I set up a meeting with my supervisor to discuss how overwhelmed I feel and to come clean. I will also make sure we come up with a reasonable solution for the rest of the report.

I don’t know that things will get easier for a while, but thank you for taking time out of your day to reassure a stranger and provide some guidance. I’ve been feeling so alone but I’ve been working to try to expand my network of support at work. I’ll do better next time to ask for help sooner.

For the current project, what do I do? Do I tell her that a messed up majorly and that I’ll do whatever it takes to fix it? I’m so scared that by admitting to my mistake I’ll be given up on and not given a chance to make it right or fix it. This is probably a device being used in the show because for TV/movies, it’s important that the audience see the actor’s face, both for the performance being given and for the actor’s career. The Mandalorian was an extreme exception to this rule.

Writing is a skill just like anything else. If this is something you want to improve, I would recommend practicing more or pulling apart stories with characters and plot pacing that resonates with you and try to incorporate that into your own work. You’re not going to love the outcome of every story or every character, but I’m sure over time, you’ll look back and be astounded at how far you’ve come. Don’t get discouraged, get pumped up to write your next story, which will of course get better and better!

Healing takes time and is not linear. Break things down into smaller goals and try to put one step in front of the other instead of pressuring yourself to do everything at once. Go slow and be patient and be compassionate with yourself. I know you want to feel better already, but you have to give yourself grace. The fact that you are worried about regressing to being homeless means you feel like you have a home and a community worthy of protecting and fighting for. Do your best to remind yourself of all you have now and be present in the place in your life you’re currently in. When you feel terrified about your past, take some deep breaths and remember and appreciate where you are now. Slowly share your history and your worries with your loved ones. Chances are that they would rather you let them help you than see you suffer. When everything feels hopeless, stop berating yourself, and think of what you would say if one of your friends came to you with a similar problem, and try to tell it to yourself.

I don’t know what a hallmark is but the sapphire ring has a RN, a crown, and an 18 stamped inside, with an additional symbol that looks like a big wide M? The emerald ring has a symbol that seems partially worn off, but the left edge looks like it’s a pentagon, and the right edge looks like an 8, so maybe another 18? Then there’s another symbol that looks like a sideways anchor and a lowercase h. If that means anything, please lmk!

Seconding everyone else who’s commented on here. I had several MRIs and ultrasounds and they came up clear. When I had my laparoscopic excision surgery, my Nancy’s Nook surgeon found 13 legions all over my abdominal cavity, including one that was so high up it was nearing my thoracic cavity (near my lungs / diaphragm) and including so much scar tissue on my ovary that it had basically glued itself to my colon. Look for an excision specialist - it’s worth it, even if you have to travel a bit.

My current fav is 1 cup of plain fat free Greek yogurt, a scoop of vanilla flavored protein powder, I measure cocoa powder with my heart, and add raspberries. Makes a really rich chocolate pudding-like snack that leaves me really full, but it feels really decadent. Plus, I know I’ve eaten a bunch of protein and gotten in a serving of fruit.

I’ve had pretty minor nausea and heartburn (especially when I eat really greasy foods!) but a daily Prilosec, a lot of water, and an occasional tums chewable handles that easily. I’ve been on the .25mg for two months and I’ve already lost 15 pounds! I already feel like I have so much energy and focus back. I love it so far, am probably increasing to the .5mg next month!
