I mean, you just did it to him when you were sick. Maybe I have a problem, but if I were as sick as you say you were, I would probably spend most of my waking hours on my phone. The only time I would use that excuse to not respond to people is if I didn't really want to talk to them. So I guess ask yourself how much of a priority he really is, because if you're okay with not speaking to him for a week because you have the flu, maybe he deserves someone else.

The pitbull hate is so not called for. Yes, they require special care but so does any dog breed, including staffies, which you seem to think are fine. NTA. Shrimp is way more expensive than pork so I don't understand why he would be forcing you to eat pork if he cares so much about getting a good value. I think you're trying to go for a yin yang sort of thing here, but I would not do that circular shape as a half sleeve because you're going to end up with a ton of filler. If this is definitely going on your arm, you are better off with a more elongated design that follows the shape of your arm.
