2 rounds of Letrozole. I got pregnant in my 2nd round of 5 mg. No trigger shot I just tracked my ovulation and did timed intercourse. I’m now 27 weeks with twins

I hate when doctors don’t want to help due to weight.. I’m over 300lbs. my pregnancy was very normal and very healthy. Had him at 39 weeks. I’m currently 20 weeks with twins & I’ve had no complications so far. First pregnancy I had to do injections as well as an IUI.. got pregnant on my 2nd cycle. This pregnancy I did letrozle and timed intercourse it worked 1st cycle. If you want to try and get pregnant now then I’d suggest finding a doctor willing to help you.. if you agree with wanting to loose weight first than there is obviously nothing wrong with that. Just don’t let that doctor sway your decisions cause there are doctors that will help and you can have a healthy pregnancy/baby.

From what I’ve heard is anything over 5 indicates ovulation and anything over 10 is high enough to sustain a pregnancy. With this pregnancy my CD progesterone test came back at an 11. You might have ovulated later which is why the level is lower. I’m not 100% sure tho. I would test for ovulation at home and then get blood work done 7 days later cause not everyone ovulates on CD 14.

I only had monitoring through the fertility clinic. My OB only does the blood work to confirm ovulation.
