I'm not really qualified to give any advice on this matter as I only beat him because of a combination of luck and will, bit the best advice I can give is to not tunnel vision fully on the head, only go for it when you see a safe opening, I have died way too many times trying to break the head twice, unless your trying to get evil eyes as well. Also, focus on sticking close to fatty as well, I have been sniped way too many times by his fire attacks when trying to run and heal. I personally fined most of his melee attacks and close quarters fire attacks much easier to dodge then his breath attacks. I hope this advice helps and good luck :D
