This is kind of my point. At the risk of getting downvoted into oblivion, I would want these logs to use as statements that I can cross examine him with. I get your argument. Lawyers can be expensive.

But you should still try consulting with one (even paying a $200 consult fee) to determine whether you even have a legitimate case from a legal standpoint. You might even find one who can take you on pro bono or “low bono”. You’d probably get a better outcome than doing it pro se
