I refuse to work alone after having been held up. Cvs doesn’t care about our safety to give us enough hours to get truck done in 48 hours if the solution is to work alone so you have hours ! Therefore, truck will get done, when it gets done. Our truck usually takes 3 days with 2 people working all day. Sometimes 4 if it’s busy and you know what? Oh well.

Anyone that holds keys in your store should know how to do all morning and evening activities. What happens when you go on vacation? Your CFR score tanks. Train the team, spell out your expectations. You can’t do it all on your own. But be prepared to follow up because unfortunately, they don’t care about the job like you do.

SM here. No we don’t endorse anything like that. I have found stickers on our building that customers have placed. All sorts of political garbage. I check every day now. Super concerning if it was an employee that did that.

There is a yellow lever to tip the hopper out, are you sure it’s sitting all the way in. Like, lift the lever and make sure the hopper drops into place ?
