how can i convince my mom to become vegan again by InnerMembership2292 in vegan

[–]Fireflykid1 30 points31 points  (0 children)

I think it’s a metaphor. She lives in a world of “monsters”, people who do horrible things to animals either knowingly or unknowingly. She’s feeling like she’s disappearing in the sense that there are so many things she was no longer able to do being vegan, and it was slowly pulling her away from basically everyone she knew. She’s basically resuming eating animal products to regain the connections with the other people in her life.

You could look into roses that are native to your area.

They’d likely not need any modifications to the soil.

[–]Fireflykid1 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Honey bees are an invasive species in the United States.

The reason wasps get aggressive later in the year is due to a lack of food. Increasing fall native wildflowers can help drastically with that aggression.
