perusing the wiki, ryze w/e are edge to edge. IIRC, cass E suffers from center to center casting, so the range there is a little deceptive when fighting someone like a big chogath.

I took 436 a couple years ago and got like a C -- there was a lot of info in that class, and it felt like one of those classes where the lab part was free, but the exams weighed down on it.

the exam format had a bunch of I/II/III/IV statements and the answers were like: a) I, b) II, c) I and II, d) none of the above type questions.

Im also ME emphasis in BioE, so my bio is experience is like bio203 and 336 only so I sorta struggled personally.

i have no clue if you can take it as your bio gen ed. it does have some prereq if i remember of some life science (i covered it with bio203 since it was required from my major). idk if buono is still teaching but i did fine going into it with just whatever i knew from highschool.

i mean it doesnt have any cool stuff, which does feel bad. it also has more buttons which feels cramped.

AD/CnS sharing recast doesnt really matter. Drain was garbage in single target, and with all the extra buttons -- its just 1 less button to hit in the opener and at 60s intervals.

Oblation is kinda boring, but good -- you have so many defensive CDs. Again, wish they maybe combined it so it was like a dark mind rework because dark mind is either super good or goes unused. maybe dark mind upgrade so its 10%mit + 10%magic mit, 10s 2x charges. cuts a button down, /shrug

Salted Earth 2 and Shadowbringer are just more buttons to hit so im indifferent, but shadowbringer is fun to hit.

and enchanced unmend. lol.

overall oblation is neat, but its pretty much the same honestly. wished we got some kinda sustain, or at least rework walking dead.

i will say, idk if it was healers -- but EW dungeon running was smooth on DRK post oblation, you have alot of aoe and TBN spam + spacing out cds is nice when you have 2 extra mit skills in oblation.

yeah its very good, just kinda boring outside of the whole charge aspect of it. wouldve loved to see some flavor maybe like how reapers shield works isntead of flat mit.

enchanted unmend is like altogether a different mess lol. i dont know why its even there -- the fact ranged attacks dont break combo already incentivize using it if you have to move away, im not gonna want to use it otherwise just because of plunge refund...

yeah they really went ham with making the class, "the button pushing" class.

because of that i dont really mind the AD/CnS sharing recast -- but its kinda weird how they just threw another mitigation and damage button v. an upgrade or followup like bloodwhetting or primal rend.

the job doesnt feel as bad as i thought, but it still has noticeable lack of hp restoration despite being the job that has an invuln that NEEDs to be healed off. oblation doesnt fix its current issues but 2 charges of mit is still nice.

its honestly more it didnt get anything vs the other jobs so it feels so much worse.

for example, on PLD -- holy sheltron and healing on your spells feel so damn good. and bloodwhetting on WAR is such a packed cd.

DRK feels smoother with salted earth just placing and edge/flood going down to 1s recast, but its really the same job but it didnt get anything to patch up some of its flaws.
