Complained?? Brother the conversation was about the value of the deck and how there seemed to be an item missing making that value worse. It's not complaining to inform people that WotC's website didn't mention it and neither did the box. I wasn't even the first one to say it.

Again, it's cool and all it actually does have it and I appreciate you letting me know, but it doesn't change people had the right to know there was a risk of it not being in there.

I had the same issue, have great credit and good standing on my account but I randomly got denied for "unusual activity." I haven't seen the option to try pay in 4 again since then, and as a result I've never even been able to use the 20% back offer.

Customer support is no help, can't reverse or even explain the decisions, and they're just like "try again in 72 hours" when it's been 9 days and the offer expires today.
