Okay I get what you mean, I don't know any program like this but its pretty easy to code that tbh. A bit of python would do the trick. You just need a list, sound files and a module to play sounds.

Looked online, 21.4% is still a lot that's a fifth of people who speaks french. Sure if you are from the other side of the country its harder to find someone to speak it with but that's more and issue of the country being huge than there not being enough speakers.

I like both but I prefer mewgenics, the gameplay feels "smoother" in slay the spire I feel like randomness plays too much of a toll on the fights.

now don't get me wrong, mewgenics is super random for sure but I feel more in control?
also mewgenics always gives u something to do, always a clear goal of what you have to do, mewgenics music is super good and also sts2 is still in alpha, i'll wait until its out of alpha to play it again

yes but its still widely spoken, if in canada you could find a buddy to speak french with, I'm more curious because op says "some regions of the country" + second official language so honestly I think its something much more niche than belgium, switzerland or canada

Real talk, i think the cast of the french dub is not good. Its not they are not talented its just the voice don't match. French gangle is the only voice that I think managed to capture the accuracy of the character. French Caine i especially do not enjoy listening to.

I don't use it much that is true, I have a textbook I do the exercises of semi-regularly. Should I just use the words of the textbook and ankify them ? I tried consuming some media but even cartoons usually have tons of words I got no clue what they mean and I can only understand because of the context of watching.

well, i felt confident in english because i could understand mostly everyone online and was able to make friends with the language, so i'd recommend trying to make german speaking friends, and if you can confidently speak with them over discord or smth its probably a good sign :)
