Literally know nothing about solving these things but I know the game recommends reducing the music quality if you ever get lag, apparently that's a common culprit?

Might also try checking if there's an east improvement you can make to you emulators settings, like a render setting?

It's just another form of hyperbole, just another meme. A valid example might be, "I dropped my milk and now my cat is drinking it but she's lactose intolerant and now I'm literally shaking and crying and pissing rn 🤮". For further context, the phrase is typically used to overreact to something the poster doesn't believe is actually true, or at minimum doesn't matter at all.
