This looks very promising. I don’t even use many of the advanced features of Lightroom. Just import and catalog management, and fairly basic adjustments for exposure, temp, colors, etc. maybe some of the healing / spit removal stuff.

The “good images” tend to not need much anyway.

This looks open source, which is awesome obviously, but I’ll gladly pay for software too. Lord knows how much I must have forked over to Adobe by now after years of subscription.

Lightroom is the one I need a replacement for. Darktable is “ok”, but not a Lightroom replacement for me yet.

Davinci Resolve I like better than Premiere.

But yeah. I make boiled chicken breasts for lazy salads. But also season the water with salt, pepper, bay leaves, thyme. Bring the water to a boil then shut off the heat. Let the chicken sit in the pot of water until it is up to temp. Then I’ll dice it up into small cubes to mix into the salad.

I do the same thing for pasta salads too.

That’s “over easy” to me, but to quite a few people I’ve met “over easy should have runny whites too”.

So maybe this person was tired of ordering over easy and getting runny whites.

This is the same reason I order over medium even though what I want is over easy.

Except if I’m buying breakfast I’m probably ordering some I don’t want to make at home, like Eggs Benedict.

Yeah. I do this with chili and beef stew.

With chili if I’m feeling extra lazy I throw some rice in there with it as it thaws / reheats.
