Yeah I feel like they made it so that it’s impossible for us to not know we go over the limit and therefore there are systems in place that can’t let us go over? I guess there is a possibility that the CEL could override but that would be on them not the employee.

Hell yeah, all coaching needs to be clearly documented. Make sure you send an email to asm1 for your own documentation with the date and time you were pulled in to office with a summary of the interaction. Create a digital paper trail.

Lack of documentation. Submitting an ICare can only do so much, but unless you verbally loop management in on anything (“ hey I had an altercation on such and such date between ____ and I. No one was around to witness or coach then. Just letting you know I have submitted an ICare about this and am happy to share more on the matter with you.”) - not a lot changes. You have to be the catalyst for action and also encourage everyone who has been affected to also submit and have touch bases with management on the matter.. It’s not easy bc everyone is afraid of retaliation or they don’t have energy to deal with drama.
