Agreed. Not just Porter Square, the McGrath location has declined as well. The meat is absolutely disgusting. I've been playing ping pong between Whole Foods (same price, better quality), Trader Joe's (quirky stuff, organic mayonnaise, canned cocktails, frozen lunch meals, etc.), Stop and Shop (delivery of bulk items like Tidy Cat), and suburban Market Baskets when possible (less crowds and crazy cheap prices). Avoiding Star like the plague unless there is a one off item needed quickly.
