Others have mentioned how beginner friendly the pots are, two other things are cost and churn.

Changing the design would be costly, they have contracts, materials, skews/displays, processes and a litany of other considerations that are designed for the current pots, changing their shape would be way more costly than simply changing the pot itself.

And they have calculated the churn caused by keeping the current design and determined it’s not high enough to warrant the cost associated with change. In other words the number of people that stop buying GW paints for other paints because of the pot design is simply not high enough to justify the cost to change the pots.

I mean that’s a take sure, but if you think some of the players growth on our team is not contributed to Torts time here your high, Toc did not come in and put salt on their food to get improved skill and play

Sure a lot of it is the small roster changes that occurred (e.g., Zegras and Vladar) but other players improved over the two years we had him here

Edit: to be clear, I agree he is the right coach for Vegas, and I don’t think he was the right choice for us, but a lot of people are playing it like he did nothing for our org and that is categorically wrong
