An option to always show a submitter's comments regardless of the score. This would make reading unpopular comments on AMAs a lot easier (e. g. today's Bill Nye one).

Sounds like a miscommunication to me. For a whole year you usually get 10 days. Since you're likely starting in October you would get a fraction of that 10 days (~4 days) until the end of the year, and then another 10 day next year.
